RF Energy completed the acquisition of Aioliki Aderes S.A. by BIOSAR Energiaki S.A..

Aioliki Aderes owns 3 fully licensed wind farms of a total capacity of 33MW, the construction of which is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.

Therefore by the end of 2011, RF Energy will have 5 operational wind farms of a total capacity of 58MW and 2 operational small hydroelectric projects of a total capacity of 3,615MW.
